Our PHILOSOPHY

Our philosophy as culinary educators is to have fun with simple, yet delicious recipes anyone at home can replicate on a regular basis. We do not use fancy tools, nor we do we use any strange or hard to get ingredients that no home chef would be able to find. When you leave our classes you will leave with a full stomach and a head full of information and recipes that can be changed or tweaked as you see fit. There are no rules at Ash Chase Culinary, unless you count having fun a rule.

Also remember, it is our duty as chefs to bring the freshest possible ingredients to our kitchen and use them in a manor that brings out the best in that item. We should strive for simplicity in our dishes and always relying on the quality of the ingredients to speak for themselves. We source the finest meats available as well as the freshest seafood that is seasonally available. Care should be taken not to disrespect these ingredients or waste them.
